Meet Dr. Topper

Dr. Topper is a board certified (and recertified) surgeon who has been living and practicing in Boca Raton since 1993. He attended medical school at the University of Miami, School of Medicine, graduating in 1984. He completed his surgery training in New York, at Brookdale University Medical Center, where he received extensive training in vascular surgery and spent an additional year in a vascular research laboratory. During that training, he developed his interest and skill in treating varicose veins, both surgically and through venous sclerotherapy. He has also had additional training and experience with laser treatment of large varicose veins with the EndoVascular Laser Treatment, which is offered at the Boca Vein Center.
